Welcome to Silverleaf
Intimate mountain enclave with bespoke homesites
Silverleaf is a stunning Scottsdale enclave perched atop the McDowell mountains, offering a panoramic view of the Valley floor. Just a few centuries ago, Silverleaf was established as a cattle ranch. However, since its revival in 2002 as a master-planned community, Silverleaf has become synonymous with peaceful, exclusive modern living.
The upscale gated neighborhood cradles some of Scottsdale’s most expensive real estate. Silverleaf’s properties draw architectural inspiration from the Mediterranean and surrounding rustic desert scape. The local inventory includes custom estates on large lots, modern penthouses, and private condominiums.

Taliesin West is one of Arizona's most beautiful architectural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage site. It's also a National Historic Landmark. It was once architect Frank Lloyd Wright's winter home and studio until 1959 when he passed away. Now it's open to the public for tours and has become a celebration of the Sonoran Desert. Every second and fourth Thursday of the month, visitors honor the gorgeous panoramic desert views with a toast at the Sunsets & Sips happy hour.
